  2. Sustained & gratifying engagement of volunteers in Seva work.
  3. Document their profile & the visit reports.
  4. Identification of the voluntary & monetary requirements & problems of the NGOs.
  5. Drafting plan to resolve the problems & develop effective proposals

Visit to Ushatai Lokhande Trust, Kamshet From: Anand Dhole - First of all I would like to share short info about the Ushatai Lokhande Trust. This trust works for orphan children in providing them education, food, shelter and other basic necessities related to them. They also help them to set their future by helping them to choose their profession. They try to give basic education along with the professional education. They are operating a school named Dev Vijay School where 130 students are part of it.

This was my first visit to a NGO. I was surprised to see a 5 floor building at the location. And it belonged to the NGO. These NGO is working from 1979. Huge amount of experience. Every suggestion we have was tried out by these experienced folks. They had made a difference to the lives of thousands of people. There are innumerable success stories. We found one major future project that be undertaken: Documentation of how to create a new branch and get it up and running was not up to the mark.
